Guests’ wellbeing is a priority at SimpleLuxe. With this in mind and in response to the recent development of the Covid-19 pandemic, we feel it is important to share with you the steps and measures that we are taking so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind. 

To ensure hygiene standards are equal to our commitment to addressing health and safety concerns, we have chosen to collaborate with C’NET 64. This cleaning company based in the Basque Country has developed a cleanroom expertise in the medical field. Its teams apply the same cleaning and sanitization standards in rented villas and houses.

Cleaning protocols that have been implemented include the following key points: 

• Disinfection of high-risk areas such as frequently touched surfaces (door and cupboard handles, light switches, etc.).
• Bathrooms, toilets and floors are cleaned using bleach solutions. 
• Dusting with isopropyl alcohol.

We are committed to the safety of both our guests and collaborators. While the following is in no way mandatory, we should be grateful if, at the end of your stay, you would kindly place the household and bath linen in the laundry bag available in each bedroom. Furthermore, 4 bottles of hand sanitizer are made available for you to use at your discretion.
