For example when you fill in the form to make a booking request. The information that is necessary to process your request and that is therefore collected is: email address, name, first name, telephone number.

We collect some information automatically.

This concerns non-personally identifiable information such as your location, internet connection, browser, date and time of your visit, the website address that linked you to our website, and details of how you used our website, such as how often you used our website and which features of the website you used. 

How do we use your information?

We use some of your personal information to reply to your booking request, provide our service, enter a rental agreement with you and communicate with you for customer service. By filling in the booking request form, the user authorises this website to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request.

Non-personally identifiable information, such as location and pages you visited, helps us understand how different people are using our website and look for any improvements we could make.

Our website was created to initiate a direct relationship with clients who choose our properties for their holidays. Therefore, we are not a publishing site and do not sell ad space to businesses. In an effort to make our website visible to the world, we do bid for advertising space in the Google search results, however this does not require using information that is personally identifiable. We do not use push marketing ou behavioural targeting techniques. You will therefore never see SimpleLuxe ads when visiting other websites.
